耳内镜与耳显微镜手术治疗中耳胆脂瘤疗效比较的Meta分析
Meta-analysis on the efficacy comparison of endoscopic and microscopic surgery in the treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of endoscopic ear surgery(EES)and microscopic ear surgery(MES)in the treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma via Meta-analysis.Methods Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and CNKI databases were systemically searched from inception to 30th June 2024.Randomized controlled trials and observational studies which compared EES and MES for the treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma were included.Data including postoperative recurrence rate,residual rate,complication rate and postoperative pain rate were extracted,and Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4 software.Results A total of 19 studies involving 1,406 patients were included,of which 700 patients were treated by EES(EES group)and 706 patients by MES(MES group).Compared with the MES group,the EES group presented a statistically lower postoperative recurrence rate(OR=0.44,95％CI:0.28-0.70),a lower postoperative residual rate(OR=0.43,95％CI:0.22-0.84),a lower complication rate(OR=0.67,95％CI:0.48-0.93),and a lower postoperative pain rate(OR=0.1 1,95％CI:0.05-0.25)(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with MES,EES can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,residual rate and complication rate of patients with middle ear cholesteatoma post-surgery,and reduce the pain occurrence rate.关键词
