基于主成分分析的15个早中熟转基因抗虫棉品种的综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of 15 Early to Mid Maturity Transgenic Insect Resistant Cotton Varieties Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
In order to screen high-quality cotton varieties suitable for planting in the cotton area of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,variance analysis,correlation analysis,and principal component analysis were conducted on the agronomic traits and yields of 15 experimental materials of early to mid maturity transgenic insect resistant cotton in Tumushuke City of the Third Division in 2024.The top three in terms of seed cotton yield were QXZZ2,QXZZ4,and QXZZ5,while the top three in terms of lint cotton yield were QXZZ2,QXZZ6,and QXZZ10.The correlation analysis results showed that single bell weight and lint percentage were positively correlated with cotton yield,while plant height was significantly positively correlated with the number of bells per plant and the position of the first fruit branch.Prin-cipal component analysis extracted a total of four principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 87.567%,which can represent most of the information of the 11 traits.The top three varieties in principal component analysis were QXZZ14,QXZZ11,and QXZZ5.关键词
