甘曲湿地底泥氮磷含量垂向分布特征及与水环境因子相关性研究
Vertical Distribution Characteristics of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Contents in the Sediment of Ganqu Wetland and Correlation with Water Environment Factors
摘要
Abstract
The physical and chemical factors of the wetland water environment and nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the sediment at differ-ent depths were measured and analyzed in 2024.Multivariate statistical analysis was applied to characterize the vertical distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the sediment at different depths in Ganqu Wetland and the correlation with the water environment factors.The results showed that as the depth of the 0-20 cm sediment in Ganqu wetland increased,the nitrate nitrogen content showed a decreasing trend,there was no significant difference in ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen content,the total phosphorus content showed an increasing trend.There was a correlation between the nitrogen and phosphorus content in the sediment of Ganqu wetland and physical and chemical factors such as water redox potential,total nitrogen and total phosphorus.关键词
