从孙络与微血管相关性探析虫类药在经皮冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛中的应用
Exploring the application of insect-based drugs in angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention from the perspective of the correlation between Sun collaterals and microvessels
摘要
Abstract
Angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is a common clinical syndrome following surgical treatment of coronary heart diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in improving angina symptoms,reducing attack frequency,and enhancing quality of life.TCM Sun collaterals and modern medical microvessels are highly consistent in anatomical distribution,physiological functions,and pathological manifestations,jointly forming the terminal network of qi and blood perfusion.Based on the correlation between Sun collaterals and microvessels,the core pathogenesis of post-PCI angina is considered"obstructed Sun collaterals and blocked heart meridians",with specific manifestations as follows:Sun collaterals deficiency with stagnation,treated by warming and nourishing with insect-based drugs to nourish collaterals and resolve stagnation;Sun collaterals blocked by blood stasis,with blood stagnation obstructing Xuanfu(skin pores or micro-orifices),treated by eliminating blood stasis with insect-based drugs to dredge Sun collaterals and regulate opening-closing;Sun collaterals of cold coagulation,Yang deficiency and Yin turbidity obstruction,treated by activating Yang with insect-based drugs to dissipate Yin turbidity and relieve obstruction;Sun collaterals spasm due to collateral deficiency and stirring of wind,causing pain,treated by calming wind with insect-based drugs to relieve spasm and pain.By integrating TCM and Western medicine theories,this study provides a new interpretation of pathogenesis at the"Sun collaterals-microvessels"level and a precise insect-based treatment for post-PCI angina,enriches the clinical application of collateral disease theory,and offers new ideas for improving patient prognosis.关键词
