摘要
Abstract
The intelligent manufacture has become the core strategy of the transformation upgrade of the I&S indu-stry.And remote centralized control has produced outstanding results concerning efficiency,labor optimization,and env-ironment improvement etc.,having been widely adopted by the iron and steel industry.Based on relevant practices,the current application situation of the remote centralized control technology to the I&S industry,the relevant implementation motivation and suitable applicable scenarios are analyzed and systematically sorted.And the safety risk as to be faced during the spreading up process,the technical bottleneck,and management challenge,etc.are deeply dis-cussed in a bid to provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the I&S enterprise to rationally advance the remote centralized control,and avoid systematic risks.It is also pointed out although the remote centralized control is a necessary stage and important support for realizing the real unmanned intelligent factory.However so far as the current explosive developments of technologies like AI,the embodied robot and so on are concerned,its final form will be con-tinuously evolved along with the leap in AI capability.关键词
