Influence of CO on Denitration Characteristics of NH3 in High-Temperature Fuel Rich Zone

Abstract
Based on the high-temperature tubular flow reactor system,the influence of CO on the denitration characteristics of NH3 in the high-temperature fuel rich zone was studied within the range of 850-1 450 ℃ and 0%—1.0%O2 volumetric concentration,and the impact mechanism of CO on the NH3-NO reaction characteristics was revealed based on chemical kinetics analysis.The results show that with the decrease in O2 concentration,the temperature window for NO reduction shifts toward higher zone,which can break the limitation of the traditional SNCR temperature,and can still achieve efficient NO reduction at temperatures above 1 100 ℃.In the absence of oxygen,CO has no significant effect on the NH3-NO reaction characteristics.In the presence of oxygen,the oxidation process of CO promotes the generation of OH radicals,causing the optimal temperature for NO reduction to shift towards lower temperatures by about 10-30 ℃,and the denitration temperature window to be slightly narrower.Meanwhile,due to the promotion effect of CO on NH2 radical oxidation,the peak of NO reduction efficiency decreases by about 1.82%—4.90%.关键词
