Parameters and Energy Analysis of Biomass Gasification System

Abstract
With abundant reserves,wide sources,and low costs,China's biomass resources have extremely high potential for development and utilization.Biomass gasification can effec-tively utilize biomass resources,and its synthesis gas undergoes a series of changes to synthe-size methanol fuel,which can effectively solve the environmental pollution problems in fossil fuels.This article uses thermal system calculation software to build a system model for bio-mass gasification.Pine sawdust is selected as the biomass,and air water vapor is used as the gasification medium.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing with literature.Fi-nally,parameter analysis and economic analysis are conducted on the biomass gasification system.The results show that when the gasification temperature is 800 ℃,the air equiva-lence ratio is 0.24,the steam to biomass mass ratio is 0.8,and the oxygen volumetric con-centration is 31%,the performance of the gasification system is optimal,and the calorific value of the synthesis gas can reach its maximum value.The gasification efficiency of this system is 70%,and the carbon conversion rate is 85.2%.关键词
