摘要

Abstract

The composition design characteristics of austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel,the structure evolution during high temperature service/aging,the evolution of various second phases and the strengthening or weakening mechanism,and the corrosion resistance to high temperature steam are summarized systematically.Results show that the high temperature stability,high temperature creep strength and high temperature steam corrosion resistance of the structure are still the key factors considered in the composition design of austenitic heat-resistant steel.The composition system of austenitic heat-resistant steel has become more complex and reasonable,but the quantitative model of composition design has not been established.Microstructure evolution researches under high temperature creep are limited to microstructure evolution with creep or aging time,and the influence of precipitation phase interaction,stress state,temperature and composition coupling factors on microstructure evolution has not received academic attention.
