溶剂调控下钯配合物催化降冰片二烯与四环庚烷共聚制备高密度燃料的研究
Solvent-Regulated Copolymerization of Norbornadiene and Quadricyclane Catalyzed by Pd Complex for High-Density Fuel

Abstract
To explore the solvent regulation mechanism in the codimerization of norbornadiene(NBD)and quadricyclane(QC),and achieve the synthesis of exo-exo configured high-density fuel,this study compared the catalytic performance of Pd complexes in n-hexane and PEG 2000 solvent systems.Results showed that in n-hexane,with generation 0 dendrimer as additive,the selectivity of exo-exo reached 94.65%,but the conversion rate dropped from 75.96%to 17.67%after 4 catalyst cycles.In PEG 2000 system,Pd active centers were stabilized by coordination.Under optimized conditions(Pd2(dba)3·CHCl3 as precursor,80℃for 3 h),NBD conversion was 83.95%with exo-exo selectivity of 91.6%,and the conversion remained 58.37%after 4 cycles.The hydrogenated product H-exo-exo had a net volumetric calorific value of 44.66 MJ/L and a freezing point of-28℃,showing excellent fuel properties.This study realizes the synergistic improvement of catalytic activity,selectivity and stability through solvent regulation,providing technical reference for green preparation of high-density fuels.关键词
