Abstract
To address the challenge of controlling construction-induced disturbances during long-distance parallel shield tunneling through high-pressure gas pipelines in soft soil strata and to ensure pipeline operational safety,this study focuses on the shield tunneling section between Lvdao Lake North Station and Lvdao Lake Central Station of Foshan Metro Line 4.A series of construction control techniques are proposed,including the implementation of a TRD(Trench cutting Re-mixing Deep wall)isolation wall,selection of dual-mode shield tunneling methods,and staged regulation of tunneling parameters.A physical isolation barrier is established via the TRD wall,and the slurry pressure balance mode is adopted.Key tunneling parameters—such as total thrust and slurry chamber pressure—are dynamically adjusted in different zones(approach zone,under-crossing zone,and exit zone).In addition,the synchronous grouting process is optimized.The effectiveness of these techniques is verified through three-dimensional finite element simulation and on-site monitoring.Results indicate that the TRD isolation wall effectively blocks the transmission of lateral soil deformation,and that staged parameter control restricts the maximum settlement of the high-pressure gas pipeline to within 4.85 mm,meeting the design limits.Surface settlement is maintained within 15 mm.The study demonstrates that the proposed techniques effectively overcome the limitations of conventional grouting reinforcement in soft soil areas and offer practical guidance for the safe construction of similar projects.关键词
