健步通痹方治疗瘀血阻络型绝经后膝骨关节炎的疗效观察
Therapeutic Effect of Jianbu Tongbi Formula on Postmenopausal Knee Osteoarthritis with Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianbu Tongbi Formula in treating postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome.Method:64 postmenopausal KOA patients with blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups.After excluding dropouts,there were 32 patients in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.The control group took Celecoxib capsules orally,while the treatment group took Jianbu Tongbi Formula orally for 4 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome efficacy,Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score,joint resting pain,flat walking pain score,serum estradiol(E2),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level,and changes in joint effusion before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,knee WOMAC score,joint walking pain,joint resting pain score,and CRP all decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),with the treatment group showing a more significant decrease(P<0.05);The E2 levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the treatment group showing more significant changes(P<0.05);There was no significant change in ESR between the two groups(P>0.05);The amount of joint effusion in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no change in the control group.Conclusion:Jianbu Tongbi Formula can alleviate knee joint pain and swelling,improve knee joint function,and promote the absorption of joint effusion.Its mechanism may be related to regulating estrogen levels and reducing inflammation levels.关键词
