我国南海紫杉状海门冬(Asparagopsis taxiformis)的物种鉴定及其溴仿合成关键酶基因克隆
Species identification and cloning of the haloperoxidases coding genes of Asparagopsis taxiformis from the South China Sea

Abstract
Asparagopsis taxiformis(Delile)Trevisan can effectively inhibit methane emissions in ruminants when used as a feed additive,and thus,cultivated seaweed potentially has substantial market prospects.However,re-search on this species remains limited in China.To address this,we collected gametophyte and sporophyte samples of Asparagopsis species from the South China Sea and performed a preliminary investigation.The morphological characteristics of the gametophytes and sporophytes were described in detail.Based on morphological evidence and molecular data,the gametophytes and sporophytes were identified as A.taxiformis.The results of molecular phylo-genetic analysis based on the cox2-3 spacer revealed that the Chinese A.taxiformis population and that from Hawaii were closely related,both belonging to the L4 lineage.In addition,the key enzyme genes involved in bromoform synthesis in A.taxiformis were amplified,and differences in the sequence between samples from the South China Sea and those from other regions were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that the key enzyme-encoding gene sequences for bromoform synthesis were not entirely identical.These findings elucidated the morphological characteristics of the different life history stages of A.taxiformis,preliminarily confirming that the South China Sea population belongs to the L4 lineage,and demonstrated that the sequence of the key enzyme-encoding gene for bromoform synthesis was unique.This study provides fundamental biological data to support future research and resource development of A.taxiformis in China.关键词
