Abstract

The purpose of this article was to better achieve resource sharing,improve resource utilization efficiency,and reduce costs when selecting the location of urban rail transit depots.Considering the maintenance and emergency rescue needs,the study took into account the construction costs of the maintenance resources and the emergency rescue.Firstly,utilizing the comprehensive cost calculation function,a multidimensional optimization model of"cost-efficiency-safety"was constructed with the goal of minimizing the total construction cost and the distance of trains to be repaired,and maximizing the level of emergency rescue services.Secondly,taking Wuhan's urban rail transit network as an example,a case study was conducted and solved using Lingo.Finally,the impact of sub-objective function weights and the depot number on the depot location scheme was explored through sensitivity analysis.It proved that after considering the comprehensive construction costs of the maintenance depot and emergency rescue base,the total construction cost has reduced by 1.49%and the level of emergency rescue services has increased by 2.98%.The result showed that considering both maintenance resources and emergency rescue in depot location can reduce construction costs,improve economic benefits,and promote the intensive utilization of urban resources.
