摘要

Abstract

A vacuum heat treatment process informatization solution based on the integration of CAPP(Computer-Aided Process Planning)and MES(Manufacturing Execution System)is proposed.By establishing three core modules-process management,production control,and quality control-the solution enables structured storage of process data,digital monitoring of production processes,and traceability management of quality issues.Application cases demonstrate that the system increases production efficiency by 30%,raises product qualification rates by 15%,and reduces energy consumption by 10%,effectively addressing the last-mile challenge in process execution and providing technical support for the intelligent transformation of heat treatment.
