Abstract
A vacuum heat treatment process informatization solution based on the integration of CAPP(Computer-Aided Process Planning)and MES(Manufacturing Execution System)is proposed.By establishing three core modules-process management,production control,and quality control-the solution enables structured storage of process data,digital monitoring of production processes,and traceability management of quality issues.Application cases demonstrate that the system increases production efficiency by 30％,raises product qualification rates by 15％,and reduces energy consumption by 10％,effectively addressing the last-mile challenge in process execution and providing technical support for the intelligent transformation of heat treatment.关键词
