纤维树脂夹板对牙周炎前牙松动的临床疗效
The clinical efficacy of fiber-resin splints in treating loose anterior teeth caused by periodontitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of fiber-resin splints in the fixation and restoration of loose anterior teeth due to periodontitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients(98 affected teeth)with periodontitis and loose anterior teeth for fixation and restoration admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the fiber resin splint group and the ligated wire periodontal splint group,with 49 cases in each group,combined with the ran-dom number table method.The clinical efficacy,tooth mobility and periodontal indicators[sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PD)and clinical attachment loss(CAL)]of the two groups were compared.The association between tooth mobility and periodontal indicators was analyzed,and the long-term tooth mobility rate was sta-tistically calculated.Results:The total effective rate of the fiber-resin splint group was higher than that of the ligation wire periodontal splint group(P<0.05).After treatment,teeth with Grade I/II mobility,total tooth mobility,SBI,PLI,PD and CAL in the fiber resin splint group were lower than those in the ligation wire periodontal splint group(P<0.05).Tooth mobility was positively correlated with SBI,PLI,PD and CAL(all P<0.05).The rate of tooth loosening in the fiber resin splint group after 12 months and 18 months of treatment was lower than that in the ligated wire periodontal splint group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Fiber-resin splints have a better therapeutic effect on the fixation and restoration of loose anterior teeth due to peri-odontitis.They can reduce the risk of long-term tooth loosening by improving the periodontal condition.关键词
