光动力疗法联合盐酸米诺环素治疗种植体周炎的短期疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响
The short-term efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of peri-implantitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective:Investigating the short-term efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT)combined with minocy-cline hydrochloride in the treatment of peri-implantitis(PI)and its impact on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:Totally 116 patients with PI were stochastically classified into the control group and the experimental group(from August 2023 to No-vember 2024),each with 58 patients.The control group adopted minocycline hydrochloride,while the experimental group a-dopted PDT in addition to the control group.The efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,gingival index(GI),periodontal sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),and adverse reaction situation.Results:After therapy,the ex-perimental group had higher total effective rate than the control group(χ2=5.098,P<0.05).After therapy,the experimental group had lower interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6,IL-1β,GI,SBI,PLI,and PD than the control group(t=6.058,4.538,7.729,3.629,3.604,3.674,4.141,P<0.05).Conclusion:PDT combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of PI can down-regulate the expression of pro-inflammatory factors and reduce the inflammatory response around the implant,with good safety and significant efficacy.关键词
