摘要

Abstract

To address issues such as low fertilisation accuracy,poor fertiliser utilisation efficiency,and environmental pollution in traditional fertilisation operations,this paper designs a mechatronic fertilisation system based on the needs of precision agriculture.The system integrates functional modules including GPS positioning,operation path planning,fer-tiliser quantity sensing,and electronic control execution.It employs high-response motors to drive the fertiliser distri-bution mechanism and uses high-precision fertiliser quantity sensors for closed-loop control.Field trial results demon-strate that the system maintains fertiliser application accuracy within±3%across varying operational speeds and soil conditions,achieving an 18%improvement in fertiliser utilisation efficiency compared to traditional methods.Addition-ally,it reduces fertiliser loss and environmental impact.This study provides a feasible technical solution for achieving precision,intelligence,and environmental sustainability in agricultural fertilisation operations.
