44份国内外枸杞种质资源的AFLP遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity of 44 Lycium L.Germplasms from China and Overseas with AFLP Analysis

Abstract
To study the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of Lycium L.germplasm resources at home and abroad,AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism)molecular marker technology was used to conduct genetic diversity analysis on 44 germplasm resources of the genus Lycium L.from China and overseas.The results showed that a total of 861 loci were detected in 10 pairs of AFLP primers,among which 793 were polymorphic loci,with an average polymorphism ratio of 92.10%,indicating that the germplasm of the Lycium L.has a high degree of genetic diversity.UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficients of the 44 materials ranged from 0.74 to 0.90,and they were classified into 4 major categories when the threshold was 0.776.There were significant genetic differences between imported germplasm from abroad and domestic germplasm,but some materials such as A6,A13,and A14 had gene exchange phenomena with domestic germplasm.Lycium yunnanense and A2 were separate categories due to their unique genetic backgrounds.This study provides molecular basis for the precise identification of Lycium L.germplasm resources,the optimization of classification systems and the breeding of new varieties.关键词
