摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of industrial technology,the service environment of wear-res-istant parts such as hammer head,lining plate and jaw plate are more and more stringent.Liquid-liquid bi-metal composite technology with a unique interface bonding mechanism,firmly composite highly wear res-istance and high toughness metal,and then greatly improves the comprehensive performance of bimetal wear-resistant materials.The application of liquid-liquid bimetal technology breaks through the limitation of traditional process and opens a new idea for the manufacture of high-performance wear-resistant parts.In this paper,the basic principles and characteristics of liquid-liquid bimetal forming process are reviewed,and the technical difficulties,development level and application status of bimetal composite technology are em-phatically introduced.In view of the coupling characteristics of temperature field and flow field at the inter-face of dual-liquid metal composite,it is proposed that the establishment and improvement of process data package and continuous optimization of process parameters will become the future research focus and de-velopment direction of liquid-liquid bimetal forming process.
