摘要

Abstract

To analyze the differences of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus strains and the causes of pathogenicity differentiation of B.xylophilus,the morphological indexes of B.xylophilus strains from different regions,the fecundity under different temperature conditions,the pathogenicity to 3-year-old Pinus koraiensis seedlings and the amount of reproduction in trees were measured.The results showed that the strain from Pinus massoniana in Yingtan,Jiangxi province,China(BxJXYT),the strain from Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica in Shenyang,Liaoning province,China(BxLNSY),and the strain from Pinus spp.in the United States(BxUS)were cultured at condition of 5℃to 10℃,the BxLNSY strain had a certain survival ability,while the fecundity of BxJXYT and BxUS strains was greater than that of BxLNSY at 30℃.At 25℃,the BxUS strain had the strongest pathogenicity,the most reproduction,and the most serious damage to the plant.The pathogenicity of B.xylophilus strains was related to the geographical origin,original host plants and fecundity of strains.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the study of the pathogenic mechanism of B.xylophilus and the prevention and control of pine wilt disease.
