Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of physical intention disorder in patients with spinal deformity treated by CT navigation system and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:The patients with spinal deformity treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University(Hefei First People's Hospital)from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research object,and the survey was conducted using general data questionnaires and scales.Results:The BDDQ scores of patients with different coping styles were significantly different(P<0.05).The BDDQ score was nega-tively correlated with SAQ score(r=-0.828,P<0.05)and positively correlated with SCL-90 score(r=0.856,P<0.05).Coping style、SCL-90 score and SAQ score are the influencing factors of BDDQ score in patients with spinal de-formity after operation(P<0.05),which can explain the variability of 87.66%.Conclusion:There is a certain degree of physical intention disorder in patients with spinal deformity after operation,and targeted intervention is needed according to the influencing factors.关键词
