Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of coagulation examination in differential diagnosis of lung cancer,and to find a simple and easy-to-use index for early differential diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 116 pa-tients with lung malignant tumor(case group)and 110 patients with benign lung lesions(control group)treated in Nan-tong Cancer Hospital from July to October,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The routine coagulation indexes and thromboelastogram(TEG)parameters of the two groups were detected and compared,and the positive diagnosis of lung cancer by each index was analyzed.Results:The values of D-D、Fib、FDP、MA、CL、R and K in the case group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the α angle was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in EPL and LY30 between the two groups(P>0.05).In the case group,the positive rates of D-D、Fib、FDP、MA and CL were 48.27%(56/116)、33.62%(39/116)、23.28%(27/116)、39.66%(46/116)and 23.28 respectively.There was no significant difference in the positive rates of R、K、α angle,EPL and LY30 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Coagulation index can be used as a preliminary differential diag-nosis method for benign and malignant lung tumors,among which D-D is the basic index,and D-D combined with MA and CL has the best diagnostic effect.It is recommended that the combination of D-D and Fib be used for differential di-agnosis of lung cancer in primary hospitals.关键词
