电子结肠镜下冷圈套切除术与传统手术治疗结直肠小息肉临床疗效比较
Comparison of Clinical Efficacy between Electronic Colonoscopy And Traditional Surgery in The Treatment of Small Colorectal Polyps

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of cold loop resection(CSP)under electronic colonoscopy and tradition-al surgery in the treatment of small colorectal polyps.Methods:Eighty patients with small colorectal polyps admitted to the Anorectal Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into observation group(n=40)and con-trol group(n=40)according to different surgical methods.The observation group was treated with CSP,while the con-trol group was treated with traditional surgery.The perioperative indicators,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time and ambula-tion time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of immedi-ate postoperative bleeding,delayed postoperative bleeding and abdominal pain were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CSP is effec-tive in the treatment of small colorectal polyps,which has obvious advantages in improving perioperative related indexes,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and improving the curative effect.关键词
