Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Esketamine on the risk of postoperative fatigue syndrome(POFS)in pa-tients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods:From June 2024 to June 2025,82 patients with laparo-scopic total hysterectomy in Fuyang People's Hospital were randomly divided into group S(n=41)and group C(n=41).Intervention scheme:In group S,0.2 mg/kg of estaketamine was injected intravenously during the induction pe-riod of anesthesia,and 0.1 mg/(kg·h)was continuously infused during the operation;Group C was infused with e-qual volume of 0.9%normal saline at the same rate.The observation indexes included the incidence of POFS after operation,the levels of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and high-sensitivity C-reactive pro-tein(hs-CRP),and the consumption of anesthetic drugs during operation.Results:The incidence of POFS in group S was lower than that in group C at D1 and D2(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β and hs-CRP in both groups in-creased after operation(P<0.01),and the levels of IL-1β and hs-CRP in group S were significantly lower than those in group C at D1、D2 and D3(P<0.01).The consumption of narcotic drugs in group S was lower than that in group C(P<0.01).Conclusion:Esketamine can reduce the incidence of POFS after laparoscopic hysterectomy by in-hibiting inflammatory reaction and reducing the consumption of anesthetic drugs.关键词
