Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of clozapine and aripiprazole on Hitachi biochemical indica-tors in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:102 schizophrenic patients admitted to Zhenjiang Mental Health Cen-ter from January,2023 to September,The patients were randomized to two treatment groups:the control group(n=51)receiving clozapine and the observation group(n=51)receiving aripiprazole.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,lipid metabolism and liver function indexes were monitored,and adverse drug reactions were counted.Results:The observation group demonstrated a significantly higher total effective rate(96.08%)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding post-treatment indicators,while no significant inter-group differences were found in TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,or GGT levels(P>0.05),the observation group exhib-ited significantly lower levels of TG,ALT,and AST(P<0.05).Furthermore,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group(5.88%)than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia is better than clozapine,and it has little influence on the inde-xes of lipid metabolism and liver function,and there are few adverse drug reactions.关键词
