Abstract
Objective:To investigate the postoperative analgesic effect and safety of bupivacaine liposome in brachial plexus block combined with general anesthesia for patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy.Methods:From Janu-ary 2024 to June 2025,62 patients who underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery in Danyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(31 cases)was given 0.375%ropiva-caine combined with general anesthesia,and the observation group(31 cases)was given bupivacaine liposome com-bined with general anesthesia.The times of pressing analgesia pump and remedial analgesia were compared be-tween the two groups,and the degree of pain at each time point after operation was evaluated,and the adverse re-actions of the two groups were counted.Results:The times of pressing analgesia pump and remedial analgesia in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse re-action rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupivacaine li-posome brachial plexus block combined with general anesthesia can improve postoperative analgesia effect,reduce the use of postoperative remedial analgesia measures and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
