Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the ratio of neutrophil to lymphocyte(NLR)and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:The clinical data of 228 AMI patients treated by PCI in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. After operation,5 ml of fasting peripheral elbow venous blood was collected, neutrophils(NE)and lym-phocytes(LYM)were detected, and NLR was calculated.According to the postoperative NLR,the patients were divided into group A(patients with NLR ranking from 1 to 114)and group B(patients with NLR ranking from 115).The mean values of NE、LYM and NLR in the two groups were observed and compared, and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the two groups was counted 6 months after operation, and the correlation between NLR and the prognosis of patients was analyzed. Results:The average value of NE in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05),the average value of LYM was lower than that in group B(P<0.05),and the average value of NLR was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Six months after PCI,the total incidence of cardiovascular ad-verse events in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The prognosis of AMI patients after PCI is re-lated to NLR,especially the occurrence of cardiac death, heart failure and arrhythmia, which is obviously related to NLR(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:After PCI,patients with AMI should pay close attention to the changes of NLR.The increase of NLR may predict the adverse prognosis such as cardiac death, heart failure and arrhythmia.关键词
