Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of combined detection of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and soluble growth stimulating expression gene 2 protein(sST2)in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:50 patients with CHF and 50 healthy people admitted to Wuzhong People's Hospital in Suzhou from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the observation group and the control group,respectively.The de-tection values of serum NT-proBNP and sST2 in the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of joint de-tection and separate detection for CHF was analyzed.Results:The serum levels of NT-probnp(642.67±52.64)pg/ml and SST2(78.61±7.56)mg/ml in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The di-agnostic accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection of serum NT-proBNP and sST2 were 98.00%(98/100)and 98.00%(49/50),which were higher than those of single detection of serum NT-proBNP 86.00%(86/100)、86.00%(43/50),and 88.00%(88/100)and 84.00%(42/50)of sST2 single detection(P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity of com-bined detection was 98.00%(49/50)higher than that of single detection of serum NT-proBNP 86.00%(43/50),but there was no significant difference between combined detection and single detection of sST2 92.00%(46/50)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of NT-proBNP and sST2 in patients with CHF are significantly increased.Combined detec-tion of these two indexes can improve the diagnostic efficiency of patients with CHF and provide basis for clinical treat-ment.关键词
