跨海大桥异形承台大体积混凝土水化热仿真模拟分析
Hydration Heat Simulation and Parameter Analysis of Mass Concrete of Special-Shaped Platform
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the hydration heat issue of mass concrete of cross-sea bridges,the paper establishes the finite ele-ment simulation model of special-shaped cap was by midas FEA NX software based on the special-shaped cap of mass concrete of a highway-railway cross-sea bridge.The temperature stress field of mass concrete af-ter pouring is obtained by hydration heat analysis.The model was verified by field measured data.Subsequent-ly,the key parameters(ambient temperature,concrete molding temperature,number of cold water pipe ar-rangement layers)were expanded and simulated,and the parameter sensitivity and temperature field develop-ment law were summarized.The results show that the simulation model can accurately simulate the hydration heat process of the special-shaped cap.The concrete mold temperature and the number of cold water pipe ar-rangement layers have a significant effect on the internal temperature field,while the ambient temperature mainly affects the surface temperature of the concrete.The concrete mold temperature should be strictly con-trolled during the construction process,and the pipe cooling system should be designed according to the cool-ing limit of the cooling pipe.关键词
