Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global digital economic expansion and the upgrading of cultural consumption,the profound integration of culture and technology has emerged as a strategic imperative for the transformation of China's film industry.As a national cultural demonstration zone,Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park has anchored its development strategy on the synergy between culture and technology,undertaking systematic explorations and practical initiatives.On the one hand,the park consolidates new infrastructure of cloud-network-computing to establish a leading public service platform.By providing intensive supply of AI computing power,storage,and network resources,it effectively reduces corporates'overheads and fosters the incubation of vertical large language models(LLMs)to empower content creation.On the other hand,the park expands the frontiers of cinematic narrative and enhances both production efficiency and international communication efficacy through multi-dimensional innovations,including virtual production,virtual reality applications,intelligent film restoration,the localization of display terminals,and AI-driven translation for global outreach.Looking forward,the park will continue to upgrade its infrastructure,surmount core technological bottlenecks,expand and diversify Film and Television Plus cross-sector scenarios,thereby bolstering the technological innovation capacity and global cultural resonance of Chinese cinema.关键词
