中医药文化视域下地黄煎在日本古代医疗体系中的传播路径研究
Study on the Spread of Rehmannia Decoction in Ancient Japanese Medicine from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture

Abstract
To analyze Sino-Japanese textual records from the Heian to Edo periods(794-1868),and to study recon-structs the transmission trajectory of Rehmannia Decoction within Japan's evolving medical landscape.During the He-ian era(794-1185),it functioned predominantly as a restorative elixir within courtly aristocracy.Kamakura practition-ers(1185-1333)systematized its application for post-hemorrhagic debility while advocating its prophylactic use.Late Muromachi(16th c.)innovations synthesized Chinese pill-processing techniques with Portuguese confectionery meth-ods,reformulating the decoction into solid maltose-based medicine,while commercial distribution networks emerged.Edo-period(1603-1868)popularization saw Rehmannia Decoction reconfigured as a plebeian commodity:variants ranged from medicated sweets(some containing authentic Rehmannia glutinosa root,others pseudonymous substi-tutes)marketed as children's treats to functional adaptations as infant milk substitutes and lactogenic preparations.This study elucidates the inheritance and adaptation of Rehmanniae Decoction in ancient Japanese medical practices to expand the cultural dimensions of traditional Chinese medicine's overseas dissemination research.关键词
