补肾祛痛方治疗膝骨关节炎分子机制探讨
Investigation on the Molecula Mechanism of Bushen Qutong Formula in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:Exploring the pharmacodynamic components and mechanism of action of Bushen Qutong Formula in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:The possible active components and core targets of Bushen Qutong Formula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were identified through network pharmacology,and the binding ability of the active components to the core targets was verified by using molecular docking technology.Finally,the compo-nents of Bushen Qutong Formula were validated by highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:Net-work pharmacology reveals 59 active compounds in Bushen Qutong Formula,such as quercetin and luteolin.The HPLC quantification revealed quercetin at 4.75 mg and luteolin at 3.54 mg.Molecular docking showed that the binding ener-gies of the main components(quercetin,luteolin)to the target were all less than-4.5 cal/mol.HPLC analysis can ob-tain quercetin and luteolin.Conclusion:Quercetin and luteolin may serve as the basic active ingredients of the Bushen Qutong Formula in the treatment of KOA.关键词
