桑叶黄酮类成分与颜色值的相关性研究
Study on the Correlation Between Flavonoids in Morus alba L.and Its Colour Values
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between the content of flavonoids in Morus alba L.and colour value based on the principle of chromaticity analysis.Methods:The colour value of Morus alba L.was determined using a spectrophotometer,and the contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,and astragaloside in Morus alba L.were determined by HPLC.Results:The contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,and astragaloside were significantly positively correlated with b*values,but not significantly correlated with L* and a* values.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the colour value and the content of rutin,isoquercitrin,and astragaloside,which can be used as indicators to evaluate the quality.Morus alba L.with a yellowish colour have a higher content of flavonoids.关键词
