纤维素酶和乳酸菌对柠条青贮品质和微生物多样性的影响
Effects of Cellulase and Lactic Acid Bacteria on the Quality and Microbial Diversity of Caragana korshinskii Silage

Abstract
To investigate the effects of cellulase and lactic acid bacteria on the forage quality and micro-bial community of Caragana korshinskii silage.Fresh C.korshinskii forage was ensiled in PVC vacuum bags for 60 days under three treatments:control(CK,no additive),cellulase supplementation(C,0.1%fresh matter basis),and Lactobacillus plantarum inoculation(L,1×105 cfu/g).Post-ensiling analyses rev-eled that the L group exhibited significantly lower pH and higher concentrations of lactic acid,acetic acid,and propionic acid than both the C and CK groups(P<0.05).The C treatments showed significantly reduced ammonia nitrogen and dry matter contents relative to the control(P<0.05).Both additives treat-ments significantly decreased neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content compared with the control(P<0.05),whereas crude protein(CP)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)contents remained unaffected.Microbial diver-sity(alpha diversity)was significantly reduced in the L treatment(P<0.05),with Lentilactobacillus emerg-ing as the dominant genus.Collectively,Lactobacillus plantarum effectively enhanced silage fermentation quality and reshaped the microbial community structure,offering practical insights for optimizing Caragana korshinskii silage production.关键词
