消极外貌评论感知与大学生体像障碍倾向的关系
The Relationship Between Appearance-Related Negative Comments Perception and Body Dysmorphic Disorder Tendency in College Students

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between appearance-related negative comments perception(ARNCP)and body dysmorphic disorder tendency(BDDT)of college students,and explore the mediating effect of appearance anxiety(AA)and body surveillance(BS),and the moderating effect on of fear of negative appearance evaluation(FNAE).Methods:A total of 2637 college students were tested with appearance-related negative comments perception scale,appearance anxi-ety scale,body surveillancefear of negative appearance evaluation scale and body dysmorphic disorder tendency scale.Re-sults:(1)The undetected BDDT accounts for 26.58％,mild tendency accounts for 32.04％,moderate tendency accounts for 17.82％,and severe tendency accounts for 23.55％.(2)AA and BS jointly mediated the relationship between ARNCP and BDDT.(3)FNAE significantly strengthened the effects of ARNCP on AA,BS,and NDDT.Conclusion:ARNCP not only di-rectly influences BDDT among university students but also indirectly affects it through AA and BS.Furthermore,for indi-viduals with high levels of FNAE,the effects of ARNCP on AA,BS,and BDDT become more pronounced.关键词
