地理学视角下国内公共医疗卫生服务研究进展及启示
Research progress and implications of public healthcare services in China from the geographic perspective
摘要
Abstract
Objective To sort out the main research contents in the field of public healthcare services in China in the past 20 years from the geographic perspective,and to explore new paths for future study.Methods Bibliometrics methods,combined with Citespace visualization and analysis tools,were used to conduct visual anal-ysis of core journals' related literature of public healthcare services in China Knowledge Network(CNKI)from 2003 to 2023.Results The analysis of keyword co-occurrence showed that there are three core areas of research:resource allocation of public healthcare services,spatial accessibility of public healthcare services,and residents' healthcare seeking behaviors.Conclusions In the future,we should deepen dynamic data integration and appli-cation of spatial simulation technology,establish a hierarchical accessibility assessment system and a regional col-laborative governance model,explore the interaction mechanism between the healthcare seeking behaviors of mi-grant populations and the institutional framework,and construct a multifactor coupling model and a policy response system.关键词
