社会心态对农村居民参与医保意愿的影响研究
Influence of social mentality on the willingness of rural residents to purchase medical insurance

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of rural residents' social mentality on their willingness to purchase medical insurance,providing theoretical basis and practical reference for optimizing rural medical insur-ance policies and improving participation rate.Methods Using a combination of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling and typical sampling,287 rural residents from Shaanxi,Shandong,and Inner Mongolia provinces(au-tonomous regions)were selected as the research subjects,and questionnaires were distributed to collect data.We constructed social mentality variables from four dimensions:economic factors,medical insurance experience,med-ical insurance awareness,and group behavior influence.With residents' willingness to purchase insurance as the dependent variable and demographic variables such as age and gender as control variables,we established a multi-ple linear regression model for analysis.Results The average social mentality in terms of economic factors was 2.48,showing a negative state.The average value of experience in using medical insurance was 3.09,showing a relatively positive state.The overall sample mean for medical insurance awareness was 2.66,also showing a rela-tively negative state.The average mean of willingness for groups to purchase insurance was 2.26,which was slightly below average.The regression results showed that the social mentality in terms of economy(β=0.355,P＜0.001),experience of using medical insurance(β=0.114,P=0.019),awareness of medical insurance(β=0.403,P＜0.001),and group participation behavior(β=0.137,P=0.003)all had significant positive effects on participation intention,with awareness of medical insurance having the most prominent impact.Conclusions The multidimensional social mentality has a significant positive impact on the willingness of rural residents to pur-chase medical insurance,and optimizing medical insurance policies requires attention to guide and improve resi-dents' social mentality.关键词
