Application and challenges of artificial intelligence during epidemic prevention and control in compact county-level medical communities

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and challenges of artificial intelligence(AI)during the epidemic prevention and control in compact county-level medical communities,and to analyze its potential in im-proving prevention and control efficiency,resource allocation,and decision support.Methods Through systemat-ic literature retrieval and collection,we studied and analyzed the application and technical challenges of AI in epi-demic prediction and monitoring,resource allocation and scheduling,intelligent diagnosis and screening,and de-cision support for prevention and control.Results AI technology was helpful for the epidemic prevention and con-trol in compact county-level medical communities,especially in improving the accuracy of epidemic prediction,op-timizing resource allocation,and strengthening decision support for prevention and control.However,issues such as data privacy protection,data quality and standardization,technical interoperability,interpretability,acceptance by medical staff,and internal collaboration within medical communities still restricted its further application.Con-clusions To promote the application of AI technology in county-level medical communities,it is necessary to solve problems such as the mechanism of internal collaboration within medical communities,training of medical staff and their acceptance,standardization and interoperability of technology,and meanwhile to strengthen data sharing and privacy protection.关键词
