Construction of an evaluation index system for traditional Chinese medicine service capacity in Guangxi counties based on the "Structure-Process-Outcome" model
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)service capacity in Guangxi counties based on the "Structure-Process-Result" model,and to provide a framework support for subsequent research on the evaluation of TCM service capacity in Guangxi counties.Methods Based on preliminary research and reading of relevant policy documents and literature,we clarified the connotation of county-level TCM service capacity,preliminary formulated an evaluation index system,and then conducted two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry to determine the final evaluation index system.Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry was 100％,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.87 and 0.86,re-spectively.Kendall's W coefficients increased gradually in each round,and the final evaluation index system in-cluded 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators,and 19 tertiary indicators.Conclusions The evaluation in-dex system constructed for county-level TCM service capacity has clear goal orientation and certain scientificity.This index system can provide a basis for the evaluation of county-level TCM service capacity in Guangxi Province.关键词
