不同栽培方式对杨梅果实品质的影响
Effects of different cultivation methods on fruit quality of Chinese bayberry

Abstract
To investigate the effects of three cultivation methods(open-field,rain-shelter,and canopy)on the postharvest qual-ity of Dongkui Chinese bayberry,the external quality traits,including vertical and horizontal diameters,along with single fruit weight,internal quality traits,including soluble solids content,titratable acid content and vitamin C content,as well as antioxidant enzyme activity indices(such as superoxide dismutase activity)of ripe Chinese bayberry fruits were determined and compared.The results showed that the single fruit weight(31.1 g),longitudinal diameter(37.6 mm),transverse diameter(37.2 mm),and peel color parameters(L* 17.3,a* 13.3,b* 4.63)under canopy cultivation were the highest,extremely significantly higher than those observed under the other treatments(p<0.01).While these fruits exhibited the lowest firmness(0.89 kg/cm2)and the highest respiration rate(123.2 mg·kg-1·h-1).The rain-shelter cultivation yielded the highest values for fruit firmness(1.3 kg/cm2).Compared to open-field cultivation,both protective cultivation methods extremely significantly improved the contents of total flavonoids and phenols,along with the activity of peroxidase(p<0.01),meanwhile leading to a extremely significant de-crease in the accumulation of superoxide anions.No significant differences were observed among the three cultivation methods in soluble solids content,vitamin C content,or solid-to-acid ratio(p>0.05).Canopy cultivation represented the optimal approach for enhancing fruit visual marketability.In contrast,rain-shelter cultivation exhibited a comprehensive set of advantages in maintai-ning fruit firrmness,balancing internal quality,and improving antioxidant capacity.关键词
