云南野生猕猴桃砧木资源与接穗嫁接亲和性分析
Analysis of wild Actinidia Lindl.rootstock resources andgrafting compatibility with scions in Yunnan

Abstract
In order to evaluate the compatibility between different wild Actinidia Lindl.rootstocks and scion in Yunnan,7 wild Actinidia Lindl.varieties includng LA002,PB007,8GL-1,20MP-5,20MP-6,20SHNM-2 and 20CJ-12 were used as rootstocks,and cultivated variety,Lushanxiang,was used as scion.The scions were grafted onto 7 wild rootrocks using the cleft grafting method,and the survival rate,preservation rate and growth vigor of the grafted seedlings were subsequently analyzed.The re-sults showed that the survival rates of Lushanxiang/8GL-1 and Lushanxiang/20MP-6 were the highest,both reaching 100％,while the other five rootstocks exhibited survival rates exceeding 90％ .Eight months after grafting,the scions grafted onto seven wild Actinidia Lindl.rootstocks exhibited a 100％ survival rate.Twelve months after grafting,the scions onto PB007 and 20MP-5 ex-hibited a survival rate of 95％,while the survival rates for others remained unchanged.Through a comprehensive comparison and analysis,it was evident that the scion growth vigor of LA002 and 20MP-5 was excellent,showing remarkable compatibility with scions.PB007 and 20CJ-12 had a moderate level of compatibility with scions,while 8GL-1,20MP-6 and 20SHNM-2 exhibited no-tably poor compatibility.关键词
