Abstract
Democratic evaluation is a crucial procedure and method for assessing officials in Party and government organs.It serves as an important carrier for advancing the scientization,standardization,and institutionalization of official management,and is an inherent requirement for implementing the Party's organizational line in the new era.Research indicates that democratic evaluation in official assessment has undergone hierarchical and classified institutional evolution in China.It is a management paradigm constructed on the dual theoretical foundations of political science and management science,acting as a key link in official assessment and fulfilling the core function of"understanding the performance and identifying capable individuals".However,the current democratic evaluation in official assessment still faces practical predicaments such as unscientific evaluation indicator systems,unreasonable delimitation of participant scopes,and non-standard execution of evaluation procedures.These issues restrict the method from exerting its due role in building official teams.To further enhance the reliability and validity of democratic evaluation in official assessment procedures,and promote the cultivation of a loyal,clean,and responsible high-quality official team in the new era,organizational and personnel departments at all levels should scientifically design evaluation indicator systems,reasonably define the scope of participants,strictly implement democratic evaluation procedures in accordance with norms,strengthen the effective application of democratic evaluation results in assessment,training,and development,vigorously cultivate positive democratic quality,and foster a sound and upright democratic atmosphere.关键词
