Abstract
As a new type of talent community,the development-oriented talent community takes talents as the main body,development as the theme,and the future as the orientation.It centers on innovation,entrepreneurship,growth and development,and takes the construction of a talent development community as its mission.Relying on talent residential areas,it is equipped with relevant supporting facilities and sound service policies to create a community space integrating work and living,and facilitating growth and development.It is of great significance for talent development,regional development and grassroots governance.Focusing on future development,the construction of development-oriented talent communities should clarify new positioning,and make key breakthroughs in shaping a sound living environment,a vibrant scene,a high-level innovation scenario,an orderly governance environment,as well as providing full-process services and policy guarantees.关键词
