人工智能在人力资源管理中的应用现状与发展脉络
Application Status and Development Trend of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management

Abstract
Entering the digital era,the rapid development of artificial intelligence is profoundly influencing and innovating the theoretical system and practical paradigm of human resource management.Based on 412 relevant literatures published from 2017 to 2025,this paper adopts CiteSpace software to conduct visual bibliometric analysis,systematically sorting out the application status and development trend of artificial intelligence in the field of human resource management.The results show that the research in this field has maintained a steady upward status,evolving from early scattered,tool-oriented exploration to a systematic,in-depth strategic application stage.The main research entities include universities,scientific research institutes,and practical departments of enterprises and public institutions.The research topics cover three levels:technical application,resource management,and organizational transformation,presenting an evolutionary path progressing from"technology introduction"to"management integration"and then to"strategic empowerment".Future research should transcend instrumental rationality,strengthen the study of intelligent management mechanisms and ethical norms,deepen the exploration of human-machine collaborative management models,and construct a smart human resource management system with Chinese characteristics that integrates technological empowerment and humanistic care.关键词
