Abstract
Private talent service institutions are the product of reform and opening up,growing with the development of national talent flow and the transformation of talent resource allocation methods.At present,private talent service institutions have become the main body of talent service institutions,the leading force in businesses such as senior talent search and online recruitment,and also the main driving force for the growth in the number of talent service institutions and the application of new scientific and technological means in talent services.The development course of private talent service institutions shows that the transformation of market-oriented allocation of talent resources is the premise for the emergence and development of private talent service institutions;national policies supporting and encouraging private enterprises are the necessary conditions for their development;the transformation of government functions creates a favorable environment for their growth;having rules to follow and administering according to law are important guarantees for the growth of private enterprises;honest operation and compliance with laws and regulations are the solid foundation for the development of private talent service enterprises.Facing the future,private talent service institutions should raise their standing and give full play to their positive role in implementing the strategy on developing a quality workforce in the new era;give play to their advantages and make bold innovations in the high-tech application of talent services;maintain opening up,strengthen international exchanges in talent service technologies,and actively serve"the Belt and Road Initiative".关键词
