摘要
Abstract
Peri-implantitis is one of the main causes of late-stage implant failure.Currently,the treatments mainly consist of non-surgical and surgical sequential treatments.In 2018,American Academy of Periodontology(AAP)and Euro-pean Federation of Periodontology(EFP)jointly issued a con-sensus report on the new classification of periodontal and peri-implant diseases,which clarified the classification and diag-nostic criteria of peri-implant diseases.In 2023,EFP issued S3 clinical guidelines for the prevention and treatment of peri-implant diseases,and formulated a comprehensive treatment plan for peri-implantitis.According to a 5-year follow-up of a case of peri-implantitis with regenerative treatment,the clini-cal practice and insights of peri-implantitis was described from the aspects of diagnosis,etiology,risk factors,non-surgi-cal treatment,surgical treatment(soft and hard tissue surgery)and supportive care based on the 2023 clinical guidelines and 2018 new classification.关键词
