Focusing on clinical diagnosis and treatment of end-stage liver disease complicated with infection
摘要
Abstract
The patients with end-stage liver disease have a significantly increased risk of infection due to reasons of weakened immune function,disordered intestinal flora,and increased invasive procedures.The end-stage liver disease complicated with infection progresses rapidly and the mortality rate is high.The diagnosis and treatment of end-stage liver disease complicated with infection should be based on the patient's underlying liver disease status,the site of infection and the characteristics of the pathogen.It requires early identification,precise anti-infection and comprehensive supportive treatment.This article mainly reviews the epidemiology and high-risk factors,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of end-stage liver disease complicated with infection,aiming to further improve clinicians' understanding of end-stage liver disease complicated with infection,and improve their treatment capabilities.关键词
