终末期肝病合并细菌、真菌感染的临床特征及其预警体系
Clinical characteristics and early warning system of end-stage liver disease complicated with bacterial and fungal infections
摘要
Abstract
The risk of bacterial and fungal infections increases in patients with end-stage liver disease, which are the most common causes of acute decompensation of liver function and mortality.Early diagnosis is crucial for promptly initiating antibiotic therapy and improving prognosis. However,Immune dysfunction which is specific to end-stage liver disease leads to occult symptoms of infection, such as leukocyte count is not high and the specificity of C-reactive protein decreases.Currently, except for spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, infections are usually diagnosed by conventional criteria, making early diagnosis challenging. The widespread use of antibiotics in the treatment and prevention of infections has led to an increased risk of drug-resistant bacteria and invasive fungal infections,as well as higher mortality rates. Therefore, based on the interaction between the progression of end-stage liver disease and infection, studying the mechanism of acute decompensation of liver function caused by infection may provide direction for early diagnosis and rational treatment.关键词
