Immune imbalance in bacterial and fungal infections in patients with end-stage liver disease
摘要
Abstract
End-stage liver disease(ESLD)represents the terminal stage of chronic liver injury progression,and it has a mutually causal relationship with infection.In the immunopathological mechanism of ESLD complicated with infection,immune paralysis and immune imbalance occupy a core position,which is specifically manifested as the typical"biphasic immune imbalance":the early stage is characterized by immune hyperactivity accompanied by systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS),while in the late stage it progresses to an immunoparalytic state.Such factors as intestinal bacterial translocation can further exacerbate immune disorders and promote the formation of a vicious cycle of"immune disorder-infection-organ injury".关键词
