终末期肝病继发深部真菌感染临床诊治进展
Progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment of deep fungal infections secondary to end-stage liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Patients with end-stage liver disease(ESLD)are susceptible to infections due to various mechanisms,including immune paralysis and immune imbalance.The diagnosis of fungal infections is difficult,and the short-term mortality rate is very high.This article reviews the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,related examinations and progress in pharmacotherapy of fungal infections secondary to ESLD,aiming to improve clinicians' ability in early warning and early diagnosis of ESLD-related secondary fungal infections and promote the rational selection of antifungal therapeutic drugs.关键词
